Cancelling your cover

You may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice via the Contact Us form in your Coincover account.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your cover, we will give you 30 days notice of cancellation to the email address linked to your Coincover account. We reserve the right to cancel your policy if payment has not been made for your cover.

Refunds

Cancellation within 14 days  

If you cancel your cover within 14 days of taking it out (or for renewals within 14 days of your cover renewal date), you will receive a full refund within 30 days.  

Cancellation after 14 days  

If you cancel your cover after 14 days of taking it out, youwill receive a pro-rated refund for the time left of your cover within 30 days.

Cancellation after a claim

No refund will be due if you have made a claim against yourcover.

Cancelling your Coincover protection

You may cancel at any time by emailingsupport@coincover.com. Once your notice period has expired, your protection will be cancelled. You can find your notice period in your Supply of Services Agreement.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your cover, we will give you 90 days’ notice of cancellation by giving you written notice. We reserve the right to cancel your policy if payment has not been made for your protection.

Refunds

Any refunds will be made in line with your Supply of Services Agreement.
