Human error (user-side risks)
Where you or any employee of your firm has made an error which results in your digital assets becoming inaccessible. This specifically includes, accidental deletion, loss of key data, loss of back-up data, corruption of key or back-up data, accidental deletion of your key data or any such circumstance which leads to your funds becoming inaccessible due to private key data loss. It does not include situations where you have willingly locked up your assets within a smart contract.
