CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SURVEY FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The terms set out below (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the participation in and implementation of related administrative matters pertaining to the Coincover Free Prize Draw (as defined below) to be conducted by Digital Asset Services Limited trading as Coincover of C/O Capital Law Limited Capital Building, Tyndall Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 4AZ (“Promoter”).
2. Contest Period
Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England, when banks in London are open for business.
Business Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day.
Charges: all applicable monthly and annual charges for the Ledger Recover service plus any applicable taxes.
Coincover:Digital Asset Services Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 11356137, or such third party as may be notified to you in writing by Coincover or Ledger from time to time.
Cooling-Off Period: any applicable cooling-off period prescribed by statute.
Commencement Date:the date on which you place a subscription order for the Ledger Recover service.
Ledger: Ledger Trust Services SAS, a company incorporated in France with company number 890751 043, or such third party as may be notified to you in writing by Ledger from time to time..
Service Activation Requirements:the requirements to be satisfied by you as a condition to provision of the Services by Coincover, as more particularly described in paragraph 4 of the Service Schedule.
Services:the services to be provided to you by Coincover under these terms and conditions, as more particularly described in paragraph 1 of the Service Schedule.
Service Schedule:the schedule annexed to these terms and conditions.
Clause and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
References to clauses are to the clauses of these terms and conditions and references to paragraphs are to the paragraphs of the Service Schedule.
Any words following the termsincludingorinclude(or any similar expression) shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding or following those terms.

3.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Coincover Free Prize Draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over,except:
3.1.1 employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
3.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Coincover Free Prize Draw or its administration; or
3.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 In entering the Coincover Free Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize (as defined below). The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Coincover Free Prize Draw.
4. How to participate
4.1 To enter the Coincover Free Prize Draw, the customer must return a completed customer feedback form in the form provided to it by the Promoter (“Feedback Form”), on or before the Closing Date.
4.2 The Feedback Form is made available to the customer upon the resolution of a support ticket, after the completion of the onboarding process for a corporate customer, after purchasing certain products from the Promoter or in any other such circumstances as the Promoter may decide from time to time.
4.3 There is a limit of one entry to the Coincover Free Prize Draw per person.
4.4 The Promoter willnotaccept any entries that are:
4.4.1 submitted on behalf of another person;
4.4.2 automatically generated by computer;
4.4.3 completed by third parties or in bulk;
4.4.4 illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
4.4.5 incomplete ; or
4.4.6 lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
4.5 By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Coincover Free Prize Draw.
5.1 The“Prize”will be an Amazon voucher for the amount of £250.00.
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
5.3 Each month, the number of Prizes to be given away are: one.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
6.1 The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on a date that is within 7 days of the Closing Date each month (“Draw Date”). The results of the draw are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in this regard.
6.2 In order to claim the Prize, you must provide your email address to enable the Promoter to contact you in the event that you win. The Promoter will contact the winner directly as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the email address provided with their entry.
6.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 30 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.4 Please allow 30 days for delivery of the Prize. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may make available, on request, the surname of the winner and/or a copy of their winning entry, within a reasonable time after the winner has been determined.
7.2 If you object your surname and/or winning entry being published or made publicly available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any other participant, or accept any liability for any loss or damage in connection with their entry into the Coincover Free Prize Draw. Your statutory rights are not affected by this clause.
8.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any default due to any war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure or any event beyond its reasonable control.
9. Ownership OF entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All Coincover Free Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry (or any part of it) available on its website and any other media for promotional purposes. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, store, re-format and sub-licence the entry for such purposes. You also agree to waive any moral rights in your entry.
10. Data protection and publicity
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Coincover Free Prize Draw.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the terms of the Coincover Free Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so by operation of law or in order to protect the name or reputation of the Promoter in such manner as it sees fit.
11.3 Participants agree that their continued participation in the Coincover Free Prize Draw will constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as varied from time to time).
11.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
